I am trying to receive support, but the chat button has been hidden. I am obviously logged in. I am able to find the chat in the source code, but it seems do have been disabled on the ship station side. For a service that costs so much per month, I have to say support and features are underwhelming.
Welcome to the ShipStation Community, we are so happy to have you here with us. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting in contact with support.
I was able to test this on my personal account and it looks like the chat support is working for me. The way to access it is to navigate to the upper right hand corner of your dashboard and click on the circle icon with the question mark, select get help from the drop down, and it will take you to our help center where a chat icon will pop up in the lower right hand corner.
If this is not happening for you please let me know, also in the meantime you can send in a support request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
