In our business, and I'm sure many others, we have daily requests to change elements of an order. Shopify allows us to simply make the changes in the order. However, these changes do not get recognized by Shipstation, which makes them useless.
I have read the articles in the Help Center, and it is possible to make changes to an address or add items, however removing an item does not work. Unfortunately our order edits are usually deleting one sku and adding another so this doesn't work for us, or probably anyone else.
Shopify even has a help page for developers that shows them exactly how to improve this functionality but it seems Shipstation doesnt' care or think its a big enough deal.
