I have the worst time with SS now. I actually upgraded my laptop because the OS couldn't run the newest version of the website. Well, I still can't run the new software apparently and it's really pissing me off. Latest error "wait operation timed out" when trying to purchase labels. Switched back to the old version of the site and still get the error. Of course, status.shipstation.com says everything is running fine.
Suggestions? So much down time with SS in the last year and it's getting really frustrating.
