3Dcart import template - Since download is down

Since Shipsstation is not importing 3dcart orders now does anyone have a template they have used for importing 3dcart into shipstation? Thanks

3Dcart should not have any issues importing into ShipStation. I did research this a bit and saw around the time of this post there was an outage related to 3Dcart, which was shortly resolved. If you are still unable to import orders from 3Dcart, please contact our support team for further assistance.
