We've encountered a new issue starting today, where orders from Shopify that are marked with a Fulfillment Status of "On Hold" are incorrectly syncing to ShipStation as "Awaiting Shipment". Notably, all line item quantities for these affected orders show as 0. Under normal circumstances, these orders should import into ShipStation marked as "On Hold".
Has anyone else experienced this syncing discrepancy? Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Oh bless up! Glad we are not alone. We reached out to ShipStation support, and requested it be escalated to their senior support team. We are waiting to hear back..
