Anyone else having trouble with certain shopify data getting mapped to Custom Fields this week?
I have two shopify stores connected to my shipstation account. For both of these stores, I have this custom field mapping:
Custom Field 1 = Fraud Risk
Custom Field 2 = Order Tags
Custom Field 3 = Order Count
Starting on September 25, for both of my shopify connections, I'm no longer getting data for Order Counts (or Total Spent when I tried that instead).
So far I've confirmed:
-Shopify still supplies the Order Count data through api calls (I tested this with a different tool today and I got the right data)
-Custom Field 3 can get mapped to other data (like Fraud Risk)
-For some reason either Shipstation broke their api call to get this data, or broke their mapping to get this data into a Custom Field
Chat and email support so far have been useless (telling me I need to fix the api myself, telling me it's a shopify problem, or not understanding the issue). But this is Shipstation's internal system pulling data from Shopify, maintained by their own team...obviously we can't change anything in there ourselves.
I couldn't find any announcements that this feature was removed, and the available values still show in the dropdown for Custom Field Mapping. I think it just got accidentally broken and I can't figure out how to reach the right person at shipstation to check it out.

Hello @info86!
Thank you for your post! I see that you were working with support last week on ticket 8785451.
The issue was traced to a recent change in our Shopify integration, which was made to address other reported order import concerns. Good news—support has confirmed that a fix has been deployed, and this should restore the original functionality.
We appreciate your patience while this issue was being resolved. If you notice anything unexpected or need further help, please don’t hesitate to reply to ticket 8784351.
Happy Shipping!
