We often have to split our orders from Shopify into multiple shipments in Shipstation. Shipstation seems to only send one of the tracking numbers back to the Shopify order. Additionally, the system isn't updating the other items as fulfilled. This seems like a clear error.
Am I doing something wrong in the configuration? This seems like a potentially common problem and I'm hoping someone has solved this.

We are having the opposite issue if we fulfill an item on Shopify, it is not updating in Shipstation, so it appears we have hundreds of unshipped orders in Shipstation.
