Cant change UPS Ground from a Flat Rate to a "Live" Rate

Cant seem change UPS Ground from a "Flat" to a "Live" Rate.  The other UPS options are displaying "live" rates, but Ship station control panel won't allow me to "Save" UPS Ground after I change it to a "Live" rate (the save button is greyed out).. Any Ideas?
