Customer returned items outside of shipstation.

We received a package with 3 items and a handwritten note and a copy of the packing slip, marked up, from the customer indicating they changed their mind on these items and asking for a refund. 
We already have the items in our hands, but we now need to process a return. All we need is a checkbox with "NO SHIPPING". This way the return will be entered into the system and no shipping label will be created. The customer should get email that their items were received.
