Customs Form, Description of Goods Field Cut Off

Hey everyone, @CaraAdmin 

I'm having a problem where the "description of goods" field is getting cut off when I print my customs forms. I need to print commercial invoices for some countries that don't accept EDI.

Here are my questions:

  • Is the same character limit applying to the UPS EDI data transmission?

  • What is the official character limit for both the printed form and the EDI field?

  • Is there a known fix or workaround for this printing issue?
