Deducting Inventory Count

Our store has about 5 SKUs, but each SKU is essentially a bundled package of one single product (i.e. single item, 2-pack, 3-pack).  

My idea is for whenever someone makes a purchase, it deducts a specific count from an overall inventory count based on what the user purchased (if user bought a 3-pack, it would deduct 3 from an overall count).

From what I've been able to do so far with the ShipStation inventory system, I can only manage the inventory counts for the individual SKUs.  Is it possible to somehow establish a separate master inventory count that the other SKUs can derive from?
