I'm wondering if anyone has experience or advice on how to dispute shipping adjustments from UPS. Recently, I've encountered a few adjustments that I believe may be incorrect, and I'm unsure of the best way to address this issue.
If anyone could share their insights, I would greatly appreciate it.

out of nowhere we just got 10 last week and 15 this week all UPS ground saver, There are adding $5-9 more after you ship in your adjustment log, I have been emailing and sent pictures of each box showing dims, and still nothing

I have been over charged by UPS every time I use them. Scrutinize your bill. Make sure your dimensions are exact, take pictures if you need to. Here's one example. Class Action Lawsuit It's not new that they are doing this..
