I just submitted a support request via email. Shortly after, I went to My Cases to add some additional relevant information. I was surprised to find my support issue there, but marked as "solved." This was approximately 10 minutes after I submitted the request. Definitely no response and definitely not solved.
Anyone else having issues like this?
Yep. Last week they resolved 3 of my tickets right after they were submitted. When I finally was able to reach someone via chat and told them, they tried saying I had left the chat conversations so they had converted to a ticket and were auto-resolved by their system because of that <insert eye roll here>. But, I didn't abandon conversations. I went into Shipstation and left tickets for each of the different issues I had because I couldn't even reach chat support.
