I have an order that was placed through Shopify for one item. I edited the order in Shopify to remove that item and add a different one. Once the order was synced to ShipStation I still have the "qty 0" lineitem for the item that was removed (a separate problem that I'd love to see fixed), and a new "qty 1" lineitem for the new item. However, the "Total Paid" is the sum of the two items, even though the first item now has qty 0.
