Hi, does anyone know where to find the invoices for Added Funds?
I asked the Shipstation support, I was told it was here :
Insights > Reports > account balances > all the transactions listed as "purchase" are all funds added.
But I have no transaction invoice, even if I tried with every carrier individually, and I extended the date range...

They also confirmed that the correct steps are to go to Insights > Reports > Account Balances and look for all transactions listed as "Purchase."

I wish transaction history was visible for US customers. I donโt understand why itโs only available for non-US customers.

The account balance history report excludes tracking#s and order#s so it makes it difficult to reconcile. I wish account balance history reports had more columns for data to understand each transaction besides a timestamp.
