It seems ShipStation updated their Store Setup and eliminated the Notifications tab. Was told that it was integrated with the Branded tab. However, they seemed to have removed (or forgotten to include) the ability to change how a marketplace is notified of a shipment. It used to be immediately, when it hit the mail stream and/or after a certain period of time. Now, there is nothing.....Just choosing an email from ShipStation or not. I had various settings for various marketplaces given the type of business. I needed to change one, but can't do it now.
I guess this change is so new that none of the help articles have been updated and support isn't sure what happened. Feels like the product team missed something.....
