Product pictures in shipping notification?

Can you add product pictures to the shipping notifications?  For example if they purchase the yellow hat, it will show the picture of the yellow hat in the email?  I have seen other companies include thumbnails of the products that are in the shipment and it would be nice to be able to include it.

Yes, you can include images in your shipment notification emails. 

Just add the field replacement [Item List IMAGES] in the place you'd like the item list with images to appear. 

If you copy the default notification template, just add "IMAGES" to the existing [Item List] field replacement, like so: 

Make sure "IMAGES" is in all caps!

Can you add images that are specific to the options of the item ordered. For example we sell a fetch ball that is available in multiple colors but when using [Item List IMAGES] it only shows the default image of the balls and not the color of the ball that was ordered by the customer. We are using BigCommerce and have images of all the different colored balls already on our product page. How can we include the correct image with the emails so the picture matches what the customer ordered?
