Send email tracking to 2 or more recipients

We need a way to reliably email 2 or more people when an order ships out.  Usually uploaded by a csv, sometimes it works, but sometimes only one person gets the email.

Just to clarify here, are you meaning that you want to send the email to two recipients like on the customer side or are you thinking of having copies sent to your team as well for records?
