ShipStation Never Remembers My Device

Hello. I use ShipStation daily (or several times per week, depending on the week), but the site always requires a fresh login, never remembering my device. I check off "Remember this device" each time, use the same browser, and never clear my cache; however, with each visit, the site continues to ask me to log in. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice if login sessions lasted longer.
