My USPS mail carrier is scanning my end of the day USPS shipping manifest, but unfortunately it is not registering/updating on ShipStation or USPS. This has never happened before and I am not sure why this is not occurring. It used to be that the mail carrier would scan the USPS end of the day shipping manifest and it would then register on ShipStation as the item was picked up; however, while it is being scanned by the USPS mail carrier, it is not registering on ShipStation at all!
Is anyone else having this problem???

We are also seeing the issue again, We have noticed a few times over the last two weeks. The other day that we have also noticed is 12/5. There were a few the week before also

We are having the same issue beginning 12/6 Scan Forms are not populating the Acceptance Scans. This is our first experience with this. Could someone who has been at this for awhile please update the thread with any known fixes or work arounds?

For all those having the same issue, open cases with shipstation, copy this forum link and explain the issue, we have an open ticket with them

Back to the same old issues, We reopened our cased 3 days ago and havent heard anything.
