Your auto-refresh for pulling in orders from customers or retailers needs to have the ability to have orders refreshed at specific or certain times or at a specific frequency. Ever since we setup EDI connection to automate things, if shipstation hasn't refreshed itself by the time our daily EDI batch pulls, then orders can be missing. This causes extra work for me and my EDI team to re-process the EDI connection to bring in missing orders and does not help with automation.
Having the ability to ensure orders are processed at specific intervals, or at specific times (i.e. every X minutes or every hour, or at 11:00am every day) would be immensely helpful.

Did you ever hear back on this? I second your statement. We need a way to set the refresh interval as it'd REALLY help our shipping manager/team with day-to-day. How can I implement this? @support @admin @Dev @techsupport. I'm familiar with API hooks, front & back-end software development and am comfortable with implementing it should it be possible.
