ParcelGuard isnt working on the new USPS Ground Advantage service. Still works on USPS First Class.

ParcelGuard does not support insuring shipments.

Thanks for getting back to me with this information. 

I did a bit of research on this error message, it looks like our senior support is aware of this issue and they are working on a fix for this. I am keeping my eye on this ticket and will make sure that you are updated as soon as a solution is deployed.
