I wish we could filter shipstation by discount code used. When we run special promotions, we want to set up automations so that our orders get different tags/notes based on the discount code.
Currently the discount code exists as a line item. Although you can do a roundabout way to filter for it through Order Filters, it actually doesn't work when you try to set up automation rules under those same parameters.
It would be incredibly useful to have a discount-specific filter option. We have spent a significant amount of time trying to get automations to work based on discount codes, and even the Shipstation Support agent was left stumped.
