Show 'Mark as Shipped' Orders in Shipping Manifest

Our team uses the Shipping Manifest report to monitor daily performance in terms of units/packages shipped.

For a number of our larger orders, they must be shipped LTL - we arrange for pickup outside of ShipStation, and use the 'Mark as Shipped' feature to consider these orders shipped.

Currently, any order that's manually marked as shipped does not appear on the Shipping Manifest report. Since these orders are some of our largest, it causes the Shipping Manifest numbers to be significantly understated with regards to our actual daily performance. 

Please consider adding functionality to the Shipping Manifest report to display these orders, in order to give a full view of our daily activities.
