The present state of the tabs is extremely confusing when you have a lot of tabs and wish to use them in any work flow layout.   Stop the tabs from changing their position once they are clicked upon, don't have them jump next to the all tab and swap the tab that was next to All with the location where you clicked on the tab.  This is wildly confusing and doesn't make sense, it also makes it very difficult to use the tabs in any logical order because they keep moving around.  This is even worse once the tabs expand into the more view drop down.  The position of the click should remain the tab, not change to some other tab! Allow us to freeze the tabs and just select the tab we click on rather than move them.  Allowing us to order the tabs then makes sense and this will allow us to use the tabs as a work flow. I would also suggest that in such mode you do away with the more views dropdown and just allow for multiple tab row or make it scrollable or reduce their size.   Anything would be better than moving the actual tab after clicking on it.   ... This "feature" has caused us a ton of issues throughout the year, and I would love to see a solution. On the scan to print/verify view that our shipping operators use, it is very easy for a regular operator who only has permissions to ship to accidentally update a mapped shipping service setting for the entire store when they're just trying to do it for a single order. We rely heavily on the service mapping settings to make sure orders are getting assigned the proper shipping service, and when an operator inadvertently saves something incorrectly it impacts hundreds of orders.  I would love to see the scan to print view simplified to exclude the option to update mapping settings for the entire store, or at least for this feature to live behind a permission setting that hides it for users who only have shipping permissions.  ... It would be a great feature to add an email notification for when a store error occurs so that we know that we need to import it again or contact shipstation to do a manual import.   ... View more

Being able to file a claim through UPS One Balance from ShipStation Form has been great. BUT there needs to be a better way to track claim status and updates. The only way to do it now is to contact ShipStation via email/phone. If there was a dashboard we can see the live status of claims that would make the workflow way more efficient.    ... View more

Having some basic pickers working our orders I will get the comments of "that was a $500 order".  I am looking for a way for my pickers to Log In to their shipstation account and print packing slips and shipping labels with only being able to see the Pack Slip Details which don't include price.  I would prefer these users to only have the ability to see SKU, Item Description, and Location. I don't ask them to include any of the invoices with the shipment but only the pack sheet. Anyone see this as being something possible in the future? ... View more

Trying to modify a packing slip template and you still use HTML coding. Even your own customer service couldn't figure out how to modify simple features like font size. There should be a simple form builder that allows the user to customize which fields are included on the template, colors, size/ font, etc.  ... View more

It seems that we cannot verify upc codes with letters included much of the time.  Upon further inspection, we learned that Shipstation is case sensitive.  There should be a way to turn this off in order to be able to have a smoother scan and ship experience.  SKUs and barcodes should be verified, regardless of upper or lower case letters.   Please like to get this put through. ... Hi Team, earlier today a user in our account changed the import frequency for a store from automatic to manual, i wanted to know who it was and the support chat staff said that there is an activity log for these sorts of changes, we combed the logs but didn't find it, so the support staff tested the log entry in a test environment and we saw that the change is not recorded in the logs.  As a log for activities exists, which records most of the changes, I believe it should be standard for such changes to be marked in the logs. It would be really helpful if we could change the wording of the "transit time" that displays underneath shipping methods at checkout. Currently there is no way to change it since it is part of the 'Live Rate Feature'. Idea: include a Development/QE-QA/Sandbox account with API access when purchasing a Gold or above subscription. A potential restriction could be that it doesn't actually schedule shipments with carriers, but it does all the other functionality The recent licensing change now requires a Gold plan or above to have API access. ShipStation is valuable enough to us to justify upgrading to the Gold plan to maintain API access. However, we need API access because we have built an integration that uses the ShipStation API, and therefore we need a separate environment to develop new functionality, QE changes before releasing them to Production, and run automated testing for catching regressions This was previously available with the free plan ... We connect to ShipStation for our live ecommerce shipping support. We also have a development instance of ShipStation that we use for testing new features, etc. It is very difficult to keep up with out ecommerce team as they make changes in the live (production) environment of ShipStation, all the time. As a result, we are often testing features and our testers don't know what changes have been made in ShipStation.  It would be great for us to be able to have a way of migrating the settings from our Production Instance of ShipStation to our TESTING Instance of ShipStation.  ...
