  • We’ve added filters and sorting by notification status to the Shipments > Fulfillments page! Additionally, you can now resend failed or unsent order confirmation emails or marketplace notifications for fulfillments from the Shipments > Fulfillments page.

  • UK accounts: We’ve added IOSS and OSS as valid tax ID types so you can add them to your saved tax IDs in International Settings (coming soon for accounts in all countries).

Integrations

  • We’ve added the following US-based regional carrier integrations:
    • Lasership
    • PCF
    • IntelliQuick
  • We’ve added Lengow as a selling channel and Delivengo as a carrier for accounts based in France!

Mobile App

Along with multiple stability and performance improvements, the ShipStation Mobile app now supports the following:

  • French language localization (Spanish and German coming soon!)
  • Advanced search by order number
  • AirPrint
  • Easy re-login after an unauthorized API response

Bug Fixes

  • Rate Calculator Returns: We fixed an issue in the new layout where the rate calculator produced an erroneous error that stated a domestic shipment was an international shipment and would not create a return label for it.
  • Customer CSV imports: If a customer records CSV file is missing a username, the import will now skip that record and continue importing the remaining customer records from the CSV and then report an error for the record with the missing data. Previously, the import would stop the import completely at the record that was missing the username and not import the rest of the file.

Integrations

  • eBay V2 integration
    • Product images, product properties, product variants, and item options on eBay orders now correctly import into ShipStation. Additionally, the same set of item options will import as they did on the previous eBay integration.
    • We resolved an issue where certain missing properties prevented the order import from finishing.
    • We resolved an issue where eBay products were being removed from orders after they were imported into ShipStation.
    • Order totals now include any pre-collected eBay tax.
  • Custom Store integrations using the CurrencyCode field: We fixed an error with certain custom store integrations when the CurrencyCode element was present. Custom Store integrations can now include the CurrencyCode field in their imports.
  • Canada Post users can now create Priority Worldwide pak USA labels on 8.5” x 11” sheets!
  • Royal Mail (UK): We fixed an issue where the incorrect Ship From location appeared on CN23 forms.
  • We fixed an issue where certain USPS labels created in batches contained the wrong “origin zip code” even though the return address was correct.

Hiya,

I received by IOSS registration today and added it. However, I can't see it appearing on the labels. EORI does, but not the IOSS number.

Is that a feature or a bug?

Hi @PippyPlans - could you let me know what carrier you are using to ship the order? I'm following up with our product manager about this and it looks like it could be a carrier-specific issue.

Thanks!

Will the ability to add IOSS to orders be available before July 1st for Canadian and US accounts? Etsy is requiring us to do so already.

Hi @MoonRaven! Yes, this update is close to completion actually. You should receive a notification in the ShipStation app when it's available. We'll be updating the help articles for the international settings soon as well.

Perfect. We'll put those orders on hold for a day or so until it drops.

@MoonRaven The ability to add TaxID numbers (including EORI and IOSS) has been enabled for ShipStation. You can review how to add these numbers to your International Settings in our International Settings help article.

That help article also shows you how to manually add those TaxID numbers to orders. But, we've also updated our Automation Rules so you can use them to automatically add those numbers to orders when they import. We have an example rule in our Automation Rule Examples help article (it's example #6) to demonstrate how to set one up. Just keep in mind, you can use any criteria you need - not just the ones used in the example.

Hi @SuperMgr-Sarah

I’m using Royal mail. When I select the IOSS number, as the tax identifier, the little space on the cn23 remains blank. If it switch it to VAT or EORI, the number appears, as expectd.

@SuperMgr-Sarah Still not showing on my international settings page. ??Captureshipstation.JPG

@MoonRaven Oh, there is an important caveat - this setting is only available in the new layout and it looks like you are using the Legacy layout. Do you have a button in the top right that says "Try Now"?

NewLayout-TryNow.png

If so, click that to move to the new layout and the updated international setting should be available. If you don't have that button, let me know and I can get it enabled for you. Also, don't worry that the new layout is drastically different - it's not - everything is in pretty much the same place, but there is a lot of new functionality as well.

@SuperMgr-Sarah sent you a pm with the accounts to enable layout on

We've identified the issue with the IOSS number not appearing correctly on CN23 forms for Royal Mail shipments. An update should be released within the hour to fix it.

Thanks for everyone's patience!

Hi, @SuperMgr-Sarah  there's another issue with Royal Mail labels.

The labels from ShipStation are not being printed with the IOSS Symbol. Parcels are being stopped by the customs and charged. I have an example I can email you of what come directly from Click n Drop Vs ShipStation.

@PippyPlans

The IOSS should be printing on the CN23 form. I'll open a DM with you to get some examples I can look at in your account.

Hi @SuperMgr-Sarah , I have the exact same issue with the IOSS logo not appearing on the CN23 and customer being charged. Have you find a fix for this?

@the_one_jess

After a discussion with PippyPlans, it looks like the IOSS logo is only printing for their Etsy orders through Click n Drop but not on labels for other orders, so it's not isolated to ShipStation labels.

Our integrations team followed up with Royal Mail and it looks like they have some work to do to implement the right logic to add the logo to other RM labels (we don't have an ETA on when this work will be complete). But the IOSS number is printing on the CN23 and commercial invoice forms as required. We are still waiting on an answer to find out if the lack of IOSS logo on the label could be the cause of a shipment getting held by the customs authority. Since the IOSS number is present, as required, we think that shouldn't be the case but we're checking on that, just in case.

Hi @SuperMgr-Sarah thank you very much for your update!

You're very right, the logo showing up or not should not impact if the parcel will be held by customs or not. I hope RM will create a fix very soon and things will start to run more smoothly. 😀

@the_one_jess Looks like it is currently in the works so I expect we'll see something pretty soon. Thanks for your comment!
