Currently the ShipNotify and List Shipments API requests only return the master tracking number for an order. We need it to return all tracking numbers for an order.

We make frequent split shipments, but in the child shipments the custom fields are not preserved. We use some of these custom fields for printing on our packing slips. Please find a way to preserve and replicate the custom fields to the split shipments.

It would be great if we were able to set up a webcam over our shipping stations and have Shipstation record each order as it was packaged. The recording could begin when we scan the order number on the packing slip and end when we click the print button. This would give us proof that the package was shipped correctly. We would be happy to pay for any storage to store the videos or have them stored locally.

We have two FedEx accounts and two UPS accounts. When I check services in one FedEx account, the other FedEx account services sync to it (same when I check settings in one of the UPS accounts). This is so frustrating. If the service settings in each account were isolated and unique to a particular account, our shippers could choose a shipping method and not have to fill in the correct account - it could be automatically filled in. Because of this, our shippers have to add one more step to each transaction. It seems so basic to me; I am surprised this has not been resolved or improved upon.

Hello, We are looking for a way to create another "folder" for our items that are on backorder. As of now they are sitting in our holds "folder" and it is getting to be very confusing in that "folder". We need a way to organize the holds area. Thank you.

When processing labels manually, SS has no way to allow it's client the option of updating customers records to input a new address. ONLY if you are in the process of creating a label can you enter a new address. So if a customer advises his new address but does not have a pending order that requires a label, I guess we are suppose to keep a list somewhere of all these customers with new addresses and then check our list each time we do a new label to see if that customer has a new address for us to use. That's crazy. I understand the workaround is to export all our records to excel every time we get a new address then import them back to SS. Seems labor intensive to do this every time a customer provides a new address. It would be so much easier if you would allow your client the option of manually updating a customers record in SS when necessary so the database is current. Please fix this so we don't have to continually deal with returned mail and upset customers.

This seems like such a simple thing and it is so aggregating that the option is not available! Please add "Ship Date" as an option to change in the Bulk Update. Currently, this can be done one order at a time in the Configure Shipment box but it is literally impossible to do for 100's of orders!
We print out our labels the day prior to pick up by Fedex so that the orders can be processed and then be ready for pick up the following morning. We run into an issue with Fedex where they have to re-label all of our orders because the ship date is incorrect. They have to re-label 100's of boxes just because we are unable to bulk update the ship date! (something we can easily do through fedex.com. Please fix this!

I want to be able to either:
1. Use a filter FIRST and then apply other conditions as well in the automation rules
OR
2. Have an OR condition on the automation rule.
OR
3. Be able to cascade automation rules that way there can be a top level rule that then other rules can apply to if they match the same conditions.
The issue is that if there is a complex rule set that you need to apply to multiple other conditions, you have to re-create the complex rule set for ever scenario. This is very prohibitive.

Once items have been verified from the "Scan to Verify & Print" screen, allow that visibility throughout the whole platform. If items have been verified but the label has not been created, once you exit the "Scan to Verify & Print" screen, it does not show the products were verified if you search for the order instead of scanning the packing slip barcode. Also, allow visibility once the order has shipped. If a customer says they are missing items, you can quickly check to see if it was verified before shipping.

Orders that are on hold status in ShipStation can still be packed/scanned and shipped, potentially allowing an order that should not be shipped to get shipped. Would be great to not allow an order that is on hold to get scanned (at scan to verify items stage) or at least receive a warning indicating that order is on hold.

It seems the only thing that cannot be accomplished on mobile (at least in my use case) is scheduling a carrier pickup. We use the stamps.com account for UPS so they don't come everyday, nor do we ship everyday.
I would love to see scheduling a carrier pickup become a feature for the mobile app.

Can you create the feature of negative search terms like google has?
for example" the search query bicycles -red will search for bicycles results and suppress any that have the word red in them.

It would save me (& a lot of my fellow store owners) if we could create an automation based on a tag being added!
Like if I add a certain tag to an order, it fires an automation off (like sending an email to a customer for example) -- this would save me SOOO MUCH time. And many others.
There are often a lot of error addresses so I would love to be able to add a "ERROR" tag and then it fires off an automation to send to the customer to help get the correct address. We do this not but much more manual and takes a lot of our time.

Whenever we activate Saturday Delivery, all our 2-day orders are auto opted for this option. This includes orders placed from Monday- Friday. We then have to manually opt-out of Saturday delivery throughout the week. Can we set a criteria option for Thursday orders only? It will save a lot of time!

I hope all is well. I am looking to use my scanner to verify products in an order. Specifically I would like to scan the products that i have for an order and save that data in that order. This way i can go back later to this order and can see what i have in that orders box already and what products that i do not have in that order. Also be able to export that data.
