When orders are imported to ShipStation, the Customs Declaration is pre-filled using the values set up in the Customs tab of the product information. Unfortunately, for many businesses it is borderline useless to only allow a single, fixed value to be pre-filled in this field. Prices change constantly, and many stores offer different prices depending on the platform the item is sold.
In our hybrid business model, we have 3 tiers of wholesale pricing, and also sell directly to consumers. That means we have more than 4 values that need to be put into this field depending on who ordered the items and how many they ordered.
It would be great to have an option that allows users to pre-fill the Customs Declarations using the sale price of the items if it makes more sense for their business model.
