I would like the ability to set a default or pinned custom view so I have what I need in front of me when I log in. Each user should be able to set their own default view.

We would like to give our clients one-time access to Shipstation just to integrate their stores with our SS account. For example, one needs to be logged into Shopify store admin account in order to approve SS-Shopify integration. If a store owner doesn't want to share admin rights to their store, they could log into Shipstation with restricted access, and add their store by themselves. And to keep other SS stores confidential, there should be an option to hide them somehow. All ideas (and new functions) welcome 🙂

Current: when getting rid of "Your Carriers" that ShipStation doesn't have a partnership with/offer, such as FedEx, it immediately gets deleted and there's no going back unless you want to go through all the work of reconnecting/adding it back. However, you prepaid for the additional carriers for the whole cycle and there is no prorated refund/credit for doing so. Suggestion: add the ability to cancel the additional "Your Carriers" fee and those additional carriers will be automatically deleted at the end of a cycle. (Think similar to streaming services that allow you to cancel your subscription, but because you prepaid, you can still enjoy it until the end of the cycle.)

I want another person to be able to work on my ETSY store with me, but I don't want to give them full access to my financials. I want them to be able to help me ship products but without them seeing how much the customer paid for example. There should be a way I can add a team member and limit their visibility of my financials. would prefer for my team members to see the price the customer paid in shipping, but not their order total.

Etsy is now able to print labels for much cheaper price: https://www.etsy.com/shipping/us/price-your-postage https://www.etsy.com/shipping They support USPS and Fedex. Much like Stamps.com. Please add Etsy as an Integration Carrier and allow to print label via Etsy's supported carrier.

I think gift notes is most overlooked feature, I want to be able to print gift notes after shipping label, which I can do with custom packing slip, but I do not want packing slip itself if there is no gift notes, and it prints blanks after the shipping label

I am requesting that you please give us the option to autofill SKU number in customs forms. For some stupid reason Asendia requires SKU in the customs forms to print labels. There is no way to autofill SKU that I can see and I've been told that there is no way to fill this in automatically in shipstation customs either (if i'm wrong please let me know) this is hugely inconvenient as the only way to print labels is to manually type this in for every international order now.

As a ShipStation customer, I find it very strange that there is no option to automatically delete order or shipment data history within our ShipStation account. For our business use case, we have no need to retain the data in Shipstation after the order has delivered as this is retained and managed in our CRM. We don't want customer address details retained indefinitely in the ShipStation database for customer privacy compliance reasons. Can this feature please be added?

Upon my first try of the new label printing workflow UI, I have the following suggestions: 1 - Part of the insurance amount field is cut off (see image). Please make sure you test on Safari 16.5.1 (Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1) and that it can handle font size changes. 2 - It now takes an extra click to access the manual Print link, which is a step backwards. There seems to be room in the GUI to add a Print button for this that like doing manual printing (or where your ShipStation Connect doesn't work sufficiently), instead of having to click the ••• menu and then click Print. Our Company just started our subscription, we are a B2B Company that blind ships all shipments. We only have three locations that did not list a Company Name in the Ship From Location Info as it was not a required field. Turns out this causes an error when attempting to process Labels. I reached out to support to find out there is not a supported XML field to override this value for blind shipping when importing and the recommended workaround is to duplicate our addresses for each re-seller or distributor we now need to enter 2500 Distributor Ship From Locations x3. There is currently no way to do this in bulk so there will now be an additional step to create each unique location with each shipment as it is processed. This is not a good experience for B2B companies at this time.

Please consider giving us the option to "Hide" certain users from the "Assigned To" list. Our customer service team has access to ShipStation, however, they will not do any warehouse picking or packing. It would be nice to be able to hide them from the list so the warehouse team will not need to scroll through their names.

Hello: I would like to suggest adding an email notification to ship station owner's who have orders stuck in the queue. Currently this isn't in place. Not everyone checks their ship station dashboard on the daily to see this information. An email alerting them would be more beneficial. Hello, We fulfill for many stores through Printify. Many of the stores we fulfill for want their own address for the return address. After a couple of years doing this our ship from locations, 'warehouses' in the API, have become bloated to the point web browsers and api scripts are having real trouble working with ShipStation. On the UI side, we can only delete these one at a time. On the API side, we can delete in bulk, but we can't tell which are actively used. There is a create date, but this doesn't tell us which locations are still associated with recent orders. It would be great if: ship from locations could be deleted in bulk through the UI ship from locations would store the date of the last order that used it. These would be great features for any fulfillment house shipping for many client stores.

Hi team, We would like to be able to modify the user permissions for any specific account even further than what is offered. More specifically, can you modify the permission settings so that you can give an account view-only rights to the Orders, Shipments, or Products page? Is it also possible to change it so that users can edit address or order information but not the order tags? As it stands, it seems like the permission sets are "all or nothing." As in, they can either view and edit orders or not see them at all. It just seems really odd to me how this wouldn't already be a feature. I appreciate all your guys' help! Thank you. -Zach

Hello, I would like to know if there can be a no package movement notification after label is created. I ask because after label created it might get lost, the package misses scan or get lost. As a seller I'll only figure this out when the customer contact me complaining why his/her package didn't arrive. Since there's an icon that informs the package status on shipstation (unknown, in transit and delivered) it will be extremely helpful if I could setup notifications based on this status. This way I'll be able to be notified if the order actually shipped or setup notifications based on the status change. I really hope this is a good idea and don't think it will be that hard to apply to the already great shipstation. Thanks.

Hi there. We have 2 accounts. One for US and one for Canada. It's quite annoying and impractical to logout and login every time one has to process the orders every day several times a day. I wonder if it would be possible to do a seamless switch like Google offers for example to switch profiles or even better if there could be a sort of account consolidation from the UI (web) point of view like you could do with email accounts.
