I would like to make a suggestion that ShipStation work really hard to make a 4 x 6.25 option, and/or the 4 x 8 option available. UPS is a very large carrier for you not to support it's label sizes that work with the Zebra 450 printer. For those of us who use UPS, we get our shipping labels free of charge, so purchasing the 4 x 6 labels is not a viable option. It seems only logical that you would work to accomodate UPS customers, a huge market. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS! Right now I have to manually pull out the label a fraction of an inch every time two labels have been printed or the remaining labels print off the edge. It's really a pain. Thanks for listening! ... I have ShipStation Connect installed on one PC in our office in order for all our other PCs to have access to a few printers. This works fine as long as my Windows user account is logged in (so ShipStation Connect starts up). However as soon as I log out, or if the computer must be rebooted and I'm not around to sign in to my account....ShipStation Connect never runs and nobody can access the printers. It should be possible to setup ShipStation Connect to run as a Windows Service instead, so that it starts with Windows, and not on a specific user logon. Need a way to automatically print the commercial invoices (customs forms) when an international label is printed. This only currently affects UPS and FedEx since USPS is consolidated into the shipping label itself. However, having to leave the shipping area to go to shipped items and find the order then click the paper icon... employees sometimes forget this step which then creates an exercise in time management and phone calls to UPS/FedEx to fax the documents. If we could have a setting on the labels like we do with "print label with packing slip" but print labels with customs forms" and be able to choose the 8.5x11 printer it would be perfect. ... Currently, I can sort the way labels and packing list print; by SKU, by Warehouse location, etc. I would like to have multiple options. For example, print labels and packing slips by order number (oldest first) and then print by Warehouse location, then by sku. I have labels and packing slips set to print by warehouse location which is a must for our operation but it would help to have packing lists and labels print by order number as well, especially when batch printing. ... Hello there, I work with a 3pl that uses Shipstation and Shipstation connect as our main source for fulfillment. I would love to see the Shipstation connect app built out to be more friendly towards 3pl's attempting to use your app. Within our organization, no user has a set desktop location. It is very inconvenient for our staff to log in to link Shipstation connect every time they need to switch stations (Workstations). We have had so many issues with Shipstaion connect recently; I would love to see the development team add a little "magic" to the app. One of my suggestions is adding a way to link a workstation to an account, not just a user, where every user can access it. There is currently the share function, but it never works properly, and Shipstation support says that you are not supposed to use it... Greetings, I would be REALLY nice when you're reinstalling for what ever reason... or because that's what support suggested that I do ( because it had an ORDER BY sql statement tagged to the bottom of the query that I could not remove)... I tried all of the things. After I reinstalled, and set the entire thing back up, the issue went away... and we were getting some ship done. Silly me, I thought that I could create a site with the EXACT same name and just have it be picked up. NOT. This was a hot mess for quite a while... as I had two sites with the same name that people were working through...
