I would like to make a suggestion that ShipStation work really hard to make a 4 x 6.25 option, and/or the 4 x 8 option available. UPS is a very large carrier for you not to support it's label sizes that work with the Zebra 450 printer. For those of us who use UPS, we get our shipping labels free of charge, so purchasing the 4 x 6 labels is not a viable option. It seems only logical that you would work to accomodate UPS customers, a huge market. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS! Right now I have to manually pull out the label a fraction of an inch every time two labels have been printed or the remaining labels print off the edge. It's really a pain. Thanks for listening! ... Different users that are in different offices/warehouse with different printers (thermal or laser) and print different size labels (4x6 and 8.5x11) should have the ability to have their own label/printer settings saved to their account instead of the need to switch setting every time globally. ... Please enable a feature that you can choose what printer will print labels. To be more specific: we want to print International Priority and express with the regular printer and the rest of the labels in the 4x6 printer. ... View more

I know this topic has been brought up since 2013. But many users like us DO NEED picklist customization. And we are still waiting for shipstation for an update. Is it even on the dev's backlog now? Usually, you can purchase thermal labels with a doc tab addition on top of the typical 4x6" label. Well, on other programs like ShipRush, we should be able to print item names/packing slip information on the doc tab. This is really really useful! ... View more

I am using DHL and whenever I print a label, an archive document will be printed out automatically. I want a settings that can disable DHL archive doc as it is a wast of label. Since we are using Shipstation, it uses twice the amount of label and half of them now turn into garbage. There should be an option to set the "Document Options" at a more specific level other than account-wide.  We have two different types of orders we process and the one requires 4"x6" labels with 8.5"x11" packing slips, while the other requires an 8.5"x11" packing slip that has the shipping label at the top of it on the same sheet.  There is currently no way to do this except to change the label Document Option each time we need to bounce from one to the other.  This affects all users as is it account-wide and is causing major issues.  I found a similar request going back to 2015 and nothing has been done about this. ... Hi, Please consider developing the ability to upload additional customs documentation for International shipments that would be included in the paperless/electronic transfer of customs documents.  We ship seeds/plants and nearly all shipments require a Phytosanitary Certificate in addition to the Commercial Invoice. FedEx and DHL have the ability to do this if shipping directly on their websites, but ShipStation customer service agents have confirmed it’s not possible at this time through SS. Without this ability to electronically upload additional documents, we have to individually print copies of the Phyto certificate and Commercial Invoice to hand the courier at pickup to then be manually scanned in on their side. I am looking for the ability to create/customize packing slip layouts.  We are currently doing 80% of our shipping in ShipStation but still have to pay for and maintain our legacy shipping system because the remaining 20% of our orders are not able to be printed in ShipStation.  This is due to them printing on a customized, integrated packing slip.  The integrated packing slip is 8.5" x 14" and the bottom portion of the packing slip includes a place for the 4"x6" shipping label, as well as 10 smaller labels that contain customer and order specific information.  We physically apply these smaller labels to our product prior to shipping.   Screenshots below show the entire integrated packing slip, as well as a detailed view of the bottom portion.
