Hello to all! I spoke with support and they keep referring me here to try to attract some attention to this issue. The carrier I use, Argo Shipping, is not currently a ShipStation partner, but they want to be. This came up because we want to see the rates the provide us show directly onto ShipStation, but because Argo is not yet a SS partner and are instead directly integrated into our SS, we can't see the rates yet. Argo has told me they have all of the API's and technology built to provide to ShipStation at a moment's notice, but that they have not ever received a response when submitting to become a partner. Can someone please help me with this? I'd really like to be able to see exactly what I'm paying in ShipStation itself through my carrier, Argo. I'm happy to connect you with the Argo team as well. When is Shipstation going to offer first-party integration with gunbroker.com? It is the largest hunting/firearms e-commerce site in the US. It is ridiculous that there has been a request for this since 2015 and no one has gotten to it. Can we please have the ShipStation Development Team allow for importing of UPC records from BigCommerce at the time of import.   After speaking with ShipStation Support, we've come to the conclusion that ShipStation is able to create Product Records when importing orders from BigCommerce, however ShipStation is not importing the UPC.  This is a massive inconvenience, as we are unable to use the Scan to Verify & Print functionality without UPC's.   The manufacturers of the products we sell have printed UPC's on the product packaging, but not our in-house SKU's.  As a result of not being able to scan UPC's in ShipStation, we're having to manually read the UPC/Barcode on the product packaging and verify it against the product record in our POS to make sure we are fulfilling the order with the correct products.  This is a very time consuming process and leads to human error. ...
