R+L has some of the best rates for delivering on the west coast. They are nearly 80% cheaper than the rates I am being quoted from the built-in SEKO integration. Please add support for R+L or other LTL carriers. We love ShipStation, but it is unusable for LTL shipments at the moment.

Desperately pleading, begging, and asking for a way to have the Similar Checkout Options show with Shopify integration. Right now, it overrides to only show the cheapest setting, but this alienates a lot of customers. If UPS Ground is cheaper, USPS Priority doesn't show and vice versa. When UPS is overridden, it alienates ALL P.O. box customers from order. There are just customers that flat out would rather have USPS or UPS handle their orders over the other. I don't believe having the ability to have 2-3 similar options at checkout takes away from anything and only helps businesses, so why is this not an option?

This is posted numerous times but I'm told by customer service to post it again. All rates should be available for real time rates. Consumers should be presented with the options and be able to choose the delivery service time, provider, and cost that best suits their needs and budget. Ideally let it be configurable if a store wants to show just the least expensive or all options. Please address this.

I use ShipStation for a rental service and automatically include USPS return labels. Invariably I have to email customers return labels from ShipStation which isn't a problem, except these days many customers don't have a printer. For customers the norm is to be able to go to UPS or USPS and scan a QR Code to ship an item. Poshmark does this with USPS LabelBroker Integration, and customers are used to going to UPS for Amazon returns and scanning a code from their phone. I'd like to request ShipStation integrates with USPS LabelBroker so I can email my customers a QR code, so they can package up my product, take it to USPS, have USPS scan the QR code and print out the shipping label. We've recently started working with An Post in the Republic Of Ireland. The current Carrier Integration accepts settings for all of their available services, but only two services are actually available to select from (as shown in the screenshots). We've implemented a workaround, but I'm sure it would be beneficial to us and other users of the integration to be able to select from all of the available services.

Purolator desktop application allows some clients to mark packages with a label of "Digital Health Indicator". This helps patient-health related packages to get priority over other packages, among other things. The biggest feature needed is to include the indicator on the Package Label: Currently, this indicator cannot be selected on Shipstation. Are their plans to add this in the roadmap? We are using Cin7 to process orders before it goes to ShipStation in order to print the postage. I want to print the packing slips from Cin7 in order to smooth process out. once the order is then picked via Cin7 and it send the order over to ShipStation to save paper, ShipStation should then recognise the transaction/order barcode in the scan to verify pack module. So you would be able to scan the packing slip that Cin7 has generated.

Will there be Amazon Easy Ship Carrier Integration available in future. We are looking to use this service to fulfill our Merchant Orders on Amazon, as well as fulfill other orders in which Amazon Easy Ship will be the best cost carrier moving forward.

After being informed by support reps that condition notes are only available for Amazon.com orders (Found Here), I was directed to post about adding this feature as an enhancement. My company is a renewed seller on Amazon, and Amazon recently made changes to the renewed program where you can choose different conditions for renewed items. The condition notes coming from the Amazon Store connection in shipstation help our pickers/shippers know exactly which condition of renewed items they need to pick/ship, without having to dig that information out of the item SKU. This feature would be very beneficial for any renewed sellers on Amazon who happen to sell internationally through the Amazon sales channel. This feature should be enabled for all international Amazon channels. Please let me know what you all think of this.

Hello Please make it easier to link Hikashop based websites with Shipstation. I have to manually add weights, expeditor location etc to each product ( not imported from website !!!) . You are the only one providing Chronopost AND Colissimo for Joomla , so you will have lot of success. Thanks for quick answer .

I just finished a Support Chat with a ShipStation employee who suggested that I request this feature here. To be honest I'm not sure why they couldn't refer the issue back internally but here we are. I'd like AusPost shipments to default to "Confirmation... Authority to Leave" but it doesn't seem that there is any way to do that with orders that include multiple items (single item orders can be set by Presets/Preset Groups). Hopefully this is something that can be resolved.

Many times over the last few years I’ve written in to ShipStation support to report a bug, or ask questions about important features that seem to be missing from the app, especially with regards to Shopify or carrier integrations. Every time they politely thank me for my ideas/suggestions and point me towards this forum so that I may write it all up again for the community to upvote the ideas. I’m guessing many of you are like me. You are a small business owner with a couple or zero employees, struggling to manage the operations of your business and keep it afloat during this pandemic. Maybe you have a family, or multiple jobs you are juggling as well. There are barely enough hours in the day to manage all that stuff, let alone find time to lurk on an internet forum. So here’s my feature request: ShipStation should create an improved internal process that allows support staff to capture feature requests when they are mentioned by users in support emails or chats. This would lead to a more accurate accounting of features requested by the totality of users, and not just the small percentage that happen to visit these forums. Thanks, Brad
