It would be great to see a native integration with nopCommerce. As there are over 50,000 stores and it is one of the most popular ASP.NET shopping carts, an integration with a user base this size would be great to see. The current integration through the Custom Store option is clunky and doesn't always authenticate well.

Hello, So today when I was printing out a package insert, I realized that the inserts do not contain the discounts that I have for that particular item on eBay listing. This is an issue as I do not want my customer thinking I charged them this amount. I would like to know why the package inserts do not contain active discounts for that item and if I could do anything to change that? I mean this is a simple feature that should already be implemented. I am sure that if discounts aren't imported from eBay that they also aren't imported from other 3rd party marketplaces. This is simply unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I have already checked other alternatives to shipstation and a lot do import discounts. So I hope this can be settled or I am going to switch services.

DPDLocal have an input field for Delivery Information. This is so the customer can add details like a pin code for the front gate, specific instruction for a difficult to locate address etc. Royal Mail have a similar field that is used for 'Safeplace' As it's there on DPDLocal's own website, it would also be extremely useful as a field in Shipstation to pass to them. We would love for the address validation step that ShipStation does on the backend to be a part of the checkout process on our Shopify store, so that clients can make sure their address is correct before the automatic update. Or, it would be great if Shipstation could support a Third Party app to do this.

I contacted support recently who suggested that I create a post on here to request a feature. It would be great to have automatic tracking updates within Ship Station for Royal Mail. There is currently no way to see at a glance which orders are in transit / delivered. I know that it can be done because other shipping platforms are able to do it. I have seen a few other posts on here requesting this feature to be added so there is clearly a demand for it. Especially since Shopify doesn't integrate well with Royal Mail, Ship Station could easily capitalise on this. Also, it has been requested many times that customer email and phone number be mapped to the notification fields so that customers can receive updates directly from Royal Mail. Although I'm certainly no tech expert, it seems like it would be very simple to implement and would be of huge benefit to lots of users.

We need to use Roadie as an integrated Local Delivery provider in the same way that Uber can be used now. A first-party ShipStation integration would be great.

When a customer uses branded returns, it would be great if that return generated a credit note in Cin7 to further automate the returns process. Alternatively, it would be nice if the returns report included relevant information such as customer account and associated order number to streamline an import to Cin7 for returns. Danica, GoWesty

Current daily and monthly legal and financial limits on debit and credit cards impacts us negatively during high volume periods, and Stamps.com has an ACH funding capability that could likely be integrated into ShipStation somehow.

Our orders are processed through paypal payments- our e-commerce store is based on yahoo merchant professional. Currently out orders are authorized and then each order is manually captured through paypal. I would like to have an integration or webhook designed that when an order is shipped in shipstation it triggers the capture event in paypal.

You currently support Parcelforce services including Euro Priority and Global Priority, but you do not have Global Express unfortunately. This is Parcelforce’s fast service, which offers 1-2 day delivery to most locations worldwide. An increasing number of customers are now asking for this, so we need to be able to do these orders from within ShipStation. Given that you already support other Parcelforce shipping methods I don’t imagine it would a huge effort to add Global Express.

We're noticing some issues with FedEx and UPS. We have business accounts with both carriers that offer us fantastic pricing on our shipping. But we want to make use of Shipstation as a central hub for our logistics team to be able to do everything in one browser account system. What we're noticing is that with the two carriers we cant schedule pickups unless we use "UPS/FedEx From Shipstation". So if we want to schedule a pickup from Shipstation we have to forfeit our discounts through our account with UPS/FedEx. Instead we have to physically call or chat with UPS everytime we print a label through Shipstation to get a pickup. That's frustrating. Additionally, we cannot make use of carrier features like Smart Pickup where anytime a label is printed, UPS/FedEx is automatically notified and pickups occur automatically. It's every day or manual requests. That's frustrating. Are we doing something wrong? Or are these features just not available in the way they were designed by the carriers within Shipstation?
