Would love to be able to integrate Sendle (USA) as a carrier. It's available in Australia so hopefully this wouldn't be too difficult since you already have the option available in the Australia market. Really don't want to use another platform but the shipping options/pricing are great!

There needs to be more criteria options when creating rules for the Rate Shopper. The most important for us would be to have the rule look at a "Deliver By" date on an order and select the cheapest option that will make it to the customer by the deliver-by date. An even better option is to say, if there are x days between the ship-by and deliver-by date, select this service/rate shopper rule, which could be executed through the automation rules.

With the advent of so many wholesale portals vs trade shows, we manage shipping for 4 different portals. When will shipstation start to offer some solutions for wholesale platform integrations? Right now it seems like everything is focused on retail.

At this time with Shopify's new order editing feature, shipstation currently only supports adding line items to current orders.
We would like the feature to also support removal of items as well. Otherwise we have to split orders which is not efficient.

R+L has some of the best rates for delivering on the west coast. They are nearly 80% cheaper than the rates I am being quoted from the built-in SEKO integration. Please add support for R+L or other LTL carriers. We love ShipStation, but it is unusable for LTL shipments at the moment.

QR code Returns would be such a convenient way for our customers to return items to us. Not everyone has printers and the means to attach a printed label to a package and send it back. We have run into the situation multiple times were our customers needed to send an item back to us and did not have a printer to print the return label. We run a tire business and even affixing a label that is not a 4x6 strong adhesive label to a tire can be challenging. All this would be solved with the ability to just email our customers a return QR code instead of the shipping label to print, so they may drop of the package to the carrier, scan the QR code and the carrier can take care of the rest. We currently use Fed Ex Shipping and we see many shipping platforms offer QR code Returns. Please add QR code Returns to Ship Station!!!

I’d like to suggest an improvement for the ShipStation-eBay integration. Currently, when sellers offer free shipping, weights and measurements aren’t transferred from eBay to ShipStation, which can affect order efficiency. It would be helpful to enable the transfer of this data for all orders, regardless of shipping terms. This change would improve accuracy and streamline the fulfillment process. The problem here is that Shipstation is not updating Shopify in a proper way so that Shopify can send additional ship notifications to customers on new shipments beyond the original shipment. Meaning: 1. if a label is voided, not only does the customer not get a notification that the label was voided, but they don't get a notification of the new label's tracking number; and 2. if no label is voided but a new label is created (example, sending a new shipment for a replacement item sent out due to damage upon delivery or defect or lost in shipping, etc.), then same problem as #1. This can't be the way the integration to Shopify was designed. This is completely unacceptable and makes Shipstation and Shopify unusable together. We are getting massive numbers of customer service emails with confusion as to why their tracking numbers are showing canceled because they aren't getting the new tracking notifications on the new labels. Shopify has confirmed that in these two scenarios mentioned above, Shipstation is sending the new tracking details to the notes section of the order in Shopify, which does not send notifications to the customer from Shopify's end. The data needs to be sent to the order level, the same level that Shipstation sends the original tracking info to. It just needs to go to the same place every time so that Shopify is able to notify the customer of all new updates. This is business critical.
