Would love to be able to integrate Sendle (USA) as a carrier. It's available in Australia so hopefully this wouldn't be too difficult since you already have the option available in the Australia market. Really don't want to use another platform but the shipping options/pricing are great!

amazon.NL is missing. It is a brand new amazon marketplace and it is not yet available as a store option in ShipStation. I hope it soon will be.

Could we get royal mail tracking within shipstation? As far as I am aware there is a RM tracking API which allows pulling this information without going to the RM tracking page. Royal mail also offers delivery tracking for the 24 and 48 service which does not require signature. It would be great to have tracking information for these parcels too or at least the parcel number populated in the tracking field. Currently we have to take this from the label manually.

We would love to see ShipStation support Mirakl marketplace platform. We use this for two of our selling platforms and need to manually export/import orders. Seems like a huge platform that many large corporations use to connect small businesses with large ones.

Hi guys,
We've recently enrolled with a new marketplace called Onbuy which we are really excited about as an alternative to Amazon since they really champion independent sellers and don't try to catch them out every 5 minutes! But at the moment we have to upload everything manually via csv as we can't integrate shipstation. So would love to see a connection created soon!

I am not sure if other Amazon sellers with UPS account have noticed this, but UPS is cheaper when you use Amazon Buy Shipping. ShipStation will not let us use Amazon Buy Shipping through ShipStation unless it is a Seller fulfilled Amazon Prime order. We do not use seller fulfilled Amazon Prime, but still use Amazon Buy Shipping for our UPS merchant fulfilled orders. ShipStation wanted me to post this message on this forum, because they do not believe that there are enough sellers that will use this options, so ShipStation wants to see "up votes". Who does not want to save money?

It would be great if there was a dedicated store connection for Discogs.com. My business shipped thousands of packages from our Discogs storefront in the past year. We had to manually add each order number, customer shipping info, etc. and send manually provide tracking numbers to customers. Thanks for your consideration.

DHL eCommerce Direct Integration to ShipStation.
DHL offers significant savings over usps first class.
It would be great to see DHL eCommerce integrat directly in ShipStation!!!
As of now you need to set up an Endicia account for the ability to use DHL eCommerce in ShipStation.
And not to mention you have no way to see your DHL ecommerce rates because the label is being processed via Endicia.
Last but not least the labels for DHL eCommerce printed via Endicia are ugly and cannot be customizable the SKU will print in really small size on the top right of label.

Currently all items are brought into ShipStation regardless of whether or not they are already fulfilled on Shopify. We often issue refunds immediately following a customer purchase due to customer error, at which point we mark the item as fulfilled in Shopify to prevent us from shipping product that has been refunded.
ShipStation shows all items on an order regardless of if they are fulfilled on Shopify or not, and prints them all on the packing slip. Even 'Syncing' after order changes does not correct this. I have to imagine others must be facing this issue and running the risk of shipping product that has been refunded!

One of the problems with international shipping (even domestic shipping) is charging our customers the correct amount for shipping costs.
While Shipstation allows us to calculate the costs for shipping, there is no way to charge our customers the correct amount, but it seems Shipstation has a solution to this problem that they're not utilizing.
Shipstation has a developer API that allows developers to get information such as shipping rates, but this isn't being used in any of the integrations.

If they implement this into their integrations for e-commerce CMS's such as Magento & Opencart, customers will be able to see shipping rates based on the items they are ordering (by size and weight) when they checkout. They can then choose what service they want to use, and get charged accordingly.
This will make shipping, especially international shipping, quick, easy and stress free, knowing that shipping costs are 100% covered by our customers.

Our product mix includes an even split between products that ship small parcel and products that ship via an LTL freight carrier. We need to be able to provide live shipping rates within the BigCommerce checkout experience which is most easily done through an application called ShipperHQ. The challenge is that there is not currently an integration between ShipperHQ and Shipstation that would allow us to offer our Shipstation UPS rates to customers within checkout. This shouldn't be that difficult to do via API. Please consider adding this integration.

Currently ShipStation does not include or display the Deliver By Date for Amazon orders. This is a critical piece of information. The ship by is given but that does not help the shipper to select the service to use. The requested shipping service is given but in many cases if you receive an order on Thursday for example at 2pm vs 10pm the requested service will be the same but the shipper may need to select Saturday delivery on the 10pm order and not the 2pm order. So really what matters is WHEN the customer has to get the items by. That is what should dictate what shipping service is used. So please add that data field into the feed and display it on orders as it will be helpful. Thanks!

It would be highly profitable for ShipStation if you where to implement this feature:
1. Collaborate with BigCommerce to enable bigcommerce to request real-time shipping rates from ShipStation (who would request it from the users configured carriers)
2. After ShipStation provides the realtime rates back to bigcommerce, have bigcommerce display these rates in the shopping cart "Estimate Shipping" and during the Checkout process.
This will really make ShipStation stand out as an attractive option for bigcommerce users looking for better shipping management.
The ShipStation API already provides support for retrieving shipping rates. It would not be too difficult for BigCommerce to add support to pull in real-time rates from the ShipStation app.
Perhaps it would even be in ShipStations business interests to write the integration yourselves on behalf of BigCommerce. That way bigcommerce users would have added incentive to sign up for ShipStation, since then they could get real-time shipping rates in their Checkout that match up perfectly with their shipping costs (prevent undercharging for shipping) and would even show real-time rates for carriers that ShipStation supports but that do not have native integration in bigcommerce.
