When orders get combined and shipped in Shipstation the 'mergedIds' from the Advanced Options should be available when querying the List Shipments endpoint. It is currently included in the orders endpoint however it is pretty much useless as one would never use that endpoint for updating orders/fulfillments in a 3rd party system like an ERP but rather they would query the shipments endpoint to check for orders that have been shipped. As it is right now when we combine orders in Shipstation we have no way of updating our internal system and marking both orders as shipped, it will only update the master order ID.

We need to use Roadie as an integrated Local Delivery provider in the same way that Uber can be used now. A first-party ShipStation integration would be great.

Hi, I currently use the ShipStation integration to my Walmart Marketplace and I really like the functionality that it offers me when I'm fulfilling my own orders. However, with the expansion of WFS from Walmart, I've shifted some of my inventory to fulfilled through that service and unfortunately none of that data gets pulled into my ShipStation account. I'd really love to be able to have all of my WFS order information pulled into my ShipStation account so I can see all the same data for those orders and products as I can for the products that I fulfill myself. Unfortunately, Walmart's platform is far behind others (like Amazon for example) and the usability, available reports, ability to track meaningful information, and complete lack of mobile support is really hindering my growth with them. If ShipStation would be able to pull in the order information, it would be incredibly useful. If it would be possible to pull these orders into ShipStation, it would also be great to see all associated costs for that transaction (Walmart fee, WFS fee) to be able to see the net amount that I receive from Walmart for that sale after all of their fees are accounted for. When a customer uses branded returns, it would be great if that return generated a credit note in Cin7 to further automate the returns process. Alternatively, it would be nice if the returns report included relevant information such as customer account and associated order number to streamline an import to Cin7 for returns. Danica, GoWesty

Ability to have UPC imported with products as part of the default connection settings. We use the ShipStation Scan feature to verify products as we ship, but this is a pain to constantly be manually importing products with UPC information. ShipStation imports also fail anytime we try to import larger files. We have 45k products in there now and have to import at 1k at a time to there aren't failures! We need a fix for this.

We use UPS on our shipments into Canada but currently process the shipments in worldship because they offer paperless / electronic customs clearance. Paperless clearing is easier for the seller and faster for the buyer. No additional printing out paper forms for the seller and since the customs labels are done electronically the merchandise never stops in customs for some one to review, so your items deliver a few days faster. Shipstation please add this feature.

Our orders are processed through paypal payments- our e-commerce store is based on yahoo merchant professional. Currently out orders are authorized and then each order is manually captured through paypal. I would like to have an integration or webhook designed that when an order is shipped in shipstation it triggers the capture event in paypal.

We use Shipstation for all shipments. Paypal recently added holds to funds that don't show tracking information. That's not my only headache, but today I learned that Shipstation currently cannot not send tracking IDs to Paypal for each transaction once shipped. Is it possible to add this in, say as a daily, end-of-day chron that submits all tracking for earlier transactions that have shipped?

You currently support Parcelforce services including Euro Priority and Global Priority, but you do not have Global Express unfortunately. This is Parcelforce’s fast service, which offers 1-2 day delivery to most locations worldwide. An increasing number of customers are now asking for this, so we need to be able to do these orders from within ShipStation. Given that you already support other Parcelforce shipping methods I don’t imagine it would a huge effort to add Global Express.

I would like to have option to create Custom Carrier and Shipping methods so that we can create labels for orders and return entries manually as with the Shipping methods that are not availale on the Shipstation. This option can solve our most of the problems as we are receiving Returns from customers directly as well but we are not able to create their return labels as the system only allow to create return labels for such shippments that are picked up by ourselves. but with the custom Shipping method we can create Special Shipping methods that are not gonna charge us for creating labels and we can create return labels when we receive the Shipment from the custom with that particular shipping method.

I sell on multiple platforms (amazon, ebay, walmart, and Etsy) but my inventory is stored at amazon's warehouses. The feature I'm requesting is to add support for my multichannel orders to ebay and walmart that would allow amazon logistics to be blocked as a carrier. I can do this manually within my seller central account but that defeats the purpose of shipstation. I have included a picture that shows the block amazon logistics button highlighted. This feature was added in June of this year as an additional option for multichannel fulfillment. The reason this is necessary for me is that Walmart and Ebay don't allow amazon logistics as a carrier for orders placed on their platform.

We're noticing some issues with FedEx and UPS. We have business accounts with both carriers that offer us fantastic pricing on our shipping. But we want to make use of Shipstation as a central hub for our logistics team to be able to do everything in one browser account system. What we're noticing is that with the two carriers we cant schedule pickups unless we use "UPS/FedEx From Shipstation". So if we want to schedule a pickup from Shipstation we have to forfeit our discounts through our account with UPS/FedEx. Instead we have to physically call or chat with UPS everytime we print a label through Shipstation to get a pickup. That's frustrating. Additionally, we cannot make use of carrier features like Smart Pickup where anytime a label is printed, UPS/FedEx is automatically notified and pickups occur automatically. It's every day or manual requests. That's frustrating. Are we doing something wrong? Or are these features just not available in the way they were designed by the carriers within Shipstation?

We recently switched our system to Brightpearl and We would like to get our shipping costs to go over to Brightpearl but there is not yet a way to do that, It would make our workflow go much smoother.

It would be great if ShipStation would include the Barcode field as an option. Our warehouse and fulfillment teams use that field in addition to SKU to determine bin locations
