We have a Woo B2B store that automatically completes orders as they are submitted, because all items were dropshipped from 3rd party suppliers. Recently we added some products that we're stocking now, so need to selectively allow some completed orders to push into Shipstation. Not worried about sending shipment details back to the store. Just need these in-house orders to be in Shipstation so we can generate postage labels efficiently.    Surely Shipstation could develop an override option for store setup that would allow us to bring in completed orders. We could then use rules to keep on the ones with items that need to ship out.   Thanks. ... View more

Hi There is a growing-up carrier in Canada called "ICS Courier". Is it possible to add it to the list when I fulfill it and mark the order as shipped? I have to select "other" as the carrier, which doesn't provide a clear indication to my customer. We should have the option enabled to select and deselect services for like carriers without it affecting the other carrier. As of now if a service is disabled for FedEx, it will disable that service for all connected FedEx accounts.  ... View more

We are facing such a problem that if we want to adjust the order in our e-store, the information arrives at our shipstation and the order is updated, but the problem is that this information does not reach our 3PL partner and the order information is not updated at their shipstion and remains only original order without any updated information.   After that, we face various inconveniences: That we have to close the old order and create a new order if we want this order to be seen in the 3PL partner's shipstation with good information That we have to ask our partners to prepare the order with them in shipstion   Since there is no update of information from our shipstion and our partner shipstation, it creates a lot of manual work and a lot of opportunities for human error and then the integration loses its meaning.   So my idea would be to do automatic order update between shipstation and 3PL shipstation.   I would really like to see such an idea implemented as soon as possible to solve these problems. ... A USPS representative just contacted our company. This representative said we should switch shipping platforms and use GrandShipper because they offer USPS Merchant Rates and ShipStation does not. Can we please have support for .webp images (currently only JPEG/JPG and PNG). webp is much better for use on websites. It would be really useful for our products with webp images to be able to display images on shipstation, as it is currently causing problems when picking items for orders since there is no image. We are trying to move away from JPEG and PNG to use only webp but cannot continue that process while it is not a supported file type on here.  ... View more

I was directed to put in a feature request here, but I believe this is a bug. With the new FedEx International Connect Plus service, I am unable to ship multiple packages under one shipment. This works fine with International Priority and Economy, and I confirmed by getting a quote directly on the FedEx site that multiple packages can be shipped (and it is cheaper than sending them separately).  There is simply no option for multiple packages.  ... We ship firearms using BigCommerce as our order hub and per law firearms have to ship to a FFL. In our checkout we have a custom checkout field labeled "FFL Name" and "FFL Address" so the customer can input their FFL's information. Shipstation orders sidebar no longer shows custom fields from etsy and other marketplaces in the ITEMS tab.   Clicking into order details shows heavily shortened custom fields, with the only way to read the full details is hover over the field which means selecting the info is not possible.   So now, shipstation is an order management suite with no way to easily select info submitted by the customer. Integration With palletways and DHL Iconsign would be useful for us as we ship larger pallets with palletways and many other orders go through iconsign but there is no integration with ship station and either of these carriers. ... View more

As it stands now, we have to do periodic syncs against shipstation for up-to-date order information for our internal picking system.  With the discovery of webhooks, I was hoping to eliminate or at least reduce the frequency of the syncs.  But current webhook events only offer new orders, so it doesn't fulfill our need.   Can we please get an order updated event for the webhooks so we can reduce our dependency on syncs against the api? ...
