Currently it requires an admin to edit Carrier options. We do not normally allow overnight shipping and because of the extreme difference in price from ground to over-night air we typically have the option turned off so none of our shippers can accidently use it. There are occasions when we get a customer call and they are willing to pay for the overnight shipping, however, the only users that can make this change to the services of a carrier are admin users. Which means that I have to allow users a lot more access than I would like just so they can flip that switch in the carrier options.   Notes: These are carriers that are already set up, you're just changing allowed services of that carrier. ... Woocommerce is my only selling channel. My warehouse uses "Warehouse Location" on the pick list the fulfill orders. When new products are created in ShipStation through the order process on my site, it would be great if we could map a field from Woo directly to the Warehouse Location in ShipStation so we didn't have manually update it each time a new product is created. ... Hello,   Amazon added a new feature, suggested signature for orders with certain criteria.   - High-risk orders will be flagged on the Manage Orders page under the “Order Status” column and show “signature confirmation recommended”.   This is crucial not only for us but also for other sellers to prevent lost claims and minimize the loss. We are looking to use a new carrier called Veho. They are not currently on ShipStation Platform. They have discussed with ShipStation on Integration in the past but it seems like ShipStation has a list of carriers that are waiting to be integrated and they are having a hard time moving along in the process. Is there any plan in place to add UPS Worldwide Economy as an option to process orders by in Ship Station? There are multiple other options to ship by under UPS. We have these rates in our UPS account and it would save time to be able to process International orders choosing this service through Ship Station. When I change a status to Completed in Big Commerce an email is automatically sent to the customer. I would like Ship Station to trigger a status change at Big Commerce when Ship Station is notified of a delivery. The reason for this is to let customers know right away that a delivery is made which I hope would reduce the potential of theft.   For this to work, Ship Station would have to check more often for a delivery notice. ... Could you add "Old Dominion Trucking Company" to the list of carriers.  We use them for 95% of our large orders and not having them on the list hurts when customers are unable to track their orders. We have to use the "other" field and that does not give customers a direct link to track their shipment, and it confuses some customers which causes additional work for our customer service department.    Thank you, Dusty ... I would really like to see the custom ShipStation tracking pages be able to be done by a certain store name/tracking number for the link, instead of random characters.  This way you could have your store itself link to these tracking pages.  For example when someone goes to their orders and clicks the tracking number link, it could bring them to the ShipStation tracking page! ... When an order in Woocommerce has multiple line items, and one item changes quantity (due to supplier stock outage resulting in partial refund, for example), refreshing/reloading Shipstation does not pull in the quantity changes.    This makes Shipstation an unreliable tool for business that faces reality of global stock shortages.    If Shipstation cannot get quantity updates from Woocommerce due to some technical limitation, at least allow us to edit the quantities in Shipstation!!!   PLEASE!!! ... As a current state (ShipStation Help link), the BigCommerce to ShipStation integration does not identify gift orders. The gift message from BigCommerce do appear as a customer note on ShipStation via the integration but the Gift flag isn't set. Further, BigCommerce supports gift wrapping (BigCommerce link) individual products natively and unfortunately we are unable to utilize this feature of BigCommerce as we do not have a way to identify the information utilizing the ShipStation platform. As an enterprise customer, the limitations should be lifted soon so that we can better serve consumers within ShipStation. Any chance we can get some attention on this @Moderator-Davis ? ...
