It would be very helpful if the checkout rates provided through the store connection had support for conditions. In our case, we always insure any orders that exceed a certain value but the added cost of insurance cannot be provided through the store connection checkout rates. This means that for any high value orders we receive, we are footing the bill for insurance. If we could have a conditional for our checkout rates that basically says "If the order exceeds x value, add a flat fee of y dollars" or something similar that would suffice. If it actually calculated the added cost of insurance that would be even better. I believe this would improve the open-endedness of Shipstation and would benefit other businesses selling a diverse product lineup including products of lower and higher values. ... View more

Having to manually refresh the Amazon store during working hours is fine but over night sometimes orders dont go in shipstaton for at least 2 hours. We have a seperate API to put internal notes on that only work if orders come in every 15mins which means most of the overnight orders don't get there notes and someone has to manually do them the next day.    Would be handy to have a scheduler instead of relying on what ship station deems and responsible demand in the background.  ... Hi there, we work with a lot of Bandcamp accounts and use Spring Global as internatinal carrier. Often labels can't be created due to a lacking telephone number. Unfortunately this is not mandatory when ordering with Bandcamp. Other than asking Bandcamp to change this or Spring Global come up with a workaround, I had the idea to create a rule to contact buyers automatically if the telephone number is missing. I did something similar for countries that require an importer ID or other documents for receiveing deliveries from abroad. I understand maintaining an API is not free but locking it behind a higher tier is not the way to do it. Please make API access a paid add-on like "Your Carriers".   Having API access locked a away behind Gold Tier is cost prohibitive for lower volume users.  We require the use of API to integrate with our proprietary software but are now required to spend an additional $90 a month for API access.   Bronze Tier ($29 + $20 for "Your Carriers") vs Gold Tier ($99 + $40 for "Your Carriers") As a ShipStation user since 2015 we initially spent thousands to integrate our systems with the ShipStation API.  We have been in business since the late 90's and as such use proprietary software for many functions.  We are basically locked into using ShipStation unless we spend thousands more to integrate with another service.  But spending an additional $90 a month for API access has us looking for alternatives. ... we have negotiated rates with fedex and would like to show the list price to our customers, I spoke to fedex and they said that is something that would need to be implemented on shipstation. we use fedex shipmanager with qb api and are able to charge our clients the list price and not the negotiated price. we are upgrading our system to zoey and using shipstation to automate the shipping process and need that option to make this work. can anyone help get this option enabled since it will require an extra step and would hinder the automated process we are trying to reach. ... As of now, ShipStation is not available in India. Shiprocket is one of the largest carrier companies in India. It would be really helpful if you could integrate Shiprocket as a carrier in ShipStation, as my team exclusively works on ShipStation. I want Shiprocket to be added as a carrier at any cost. API keys and secret can not be viewed after the initial generation. It just shows *******************XYZ The current advice is to copy and save them somewhere.  Instead, please make them viewable for admins. This will reduce risk of losing them, needing to regenerate, and it's a better user experience since it keeps things in one place.  Re-enter the admin login if need to confirm before displaying them.  ... It appears that inventory synchronization is available for the majority of shopping carts and marketplaces. Given that TikTok is one of the fastest-growing marketplaces, it is reasonable to assume that inventory synchronization is also available there. Additionally, it is worth noting that the Inventory Sync is a paid add-on, which suggests that there should be a priority on enabling this functionality for all integrations. ... View more

It would be great if ShipStation could add some international carriers, DHL, UPS, FedEX for Australian customers. There are many businesses here such as ours that have a larger international audience than domestic. We have found UPS is the best courier-based carrier for United States exports, however only Easyship offers rates, but Shipstation has a far superior product.
