Is it possible for different shippers on my account to have their own preference for label size? I switched to zebra printing but many of my drop shippers use full size paper and like to see the packing slip.

Does anyone know if it is possible to bold the quantities on the packing slip IF the quantity of an item is greater than one? this is our current HTML in the "Order Items" section of the template: <tr> <td class="sku">[Sku]</td> <td>[Item Title]<br>[Item Options]</td> <td align="right" class="price">[Unit Price]</td> <td align="center">[Quantity]</td> <td align="right" class="price">[Extended Price]</td> </tr> Thank you, Mark

According to customer service, if I elect to sort my packing slip lines by warehouse location, it will sort the lines within each warehouse location by product name. There's no way to tell it to sort by sku within each warehouse location. This seems awfully limited. While this would work if every single sku had its own assigned warehouse location ID or if my products were organized by name, in my case I just have two separate spaces (in shipstation defined as warehouse locations) with the contents of each space arranged by sku. So there is no way to generate a packing slip that lists everything in space A first, sorted by sku, followed by everything in space B, sorted by sku. Is there really no way to achieve this? To me this doesn't seem that unusual a scenario.

Is their a way to sort orders by Quantity of the product when printing labels? So if I was shipping different quantity of the same product the label would print high to low or low to high and not all mixed together. Like 4,3,1,1,1 and not 1,4,1,3,1.

Here is the challenge I have come across. I work for 3PL fulfillment house. One of our customers sells subscription boxes which can contain multiple different items. The subscription box itself has an SKU assign to it and when an order is pulled from the selling channel, ShipStation obviously doesn't know what the contents of this box is. This creates a problem with custom forms as the contents details can't be populated on the custom form automatically. They can be added on manually but who has time for this! I think the solution to this is to expand the customs info in the product detail card by enabling addition of more default customs declarations under one SKU. These can then be populated on 1 custom form eliminating the manual aspect...boom...now please ShipStation can you add this on? Pretty please!

I would like to have a feature that would automatically print a packing slip/list when the label is printed for ONLY orders that are tagged or otherwise identified as requiring a packing slip with their shipment. Furthermore, printing the packing slip/list template assigned to the recipient company would be important since some of our customers have different needs when it comes to their packing slips. We do not include packing slips/lists in most of our shipments. The customer receives their packing slip via the email that is sent from SS. However, we do have a handful of customers that do require a packing slip to be include with their shipments. I currently have tags assigned to these customer and I am using the alerts to remind users to print and include the packing slip. An automated function would reduce user error in this capacity. Thank you

I would be nice to be able to print packing list with label for some stores and then separately for others automatically without having to toggle back and forth and potentially wasting supplies. often a different workflow with that granularity is necessary and certainly a nice option.

With Australia Post now accomodating traditional place names it would be great to be able to include a field on shipping labels for these in both the To/From section to support broader diversity and inclusion initiatives. We get hundreds or orders and have over 4000 products. Because we naturally pick the orders by product type NOT by order number or by last name we would love to print shipping labels in the actual order in which we CLICK them in the order page. Meaning, we have orders in boxes of 20 at a time ready to ship orders for: Tim Carr Sharon Morrison Brenda Rivers Amanda Zark Ryan Clark etc. We DON'T reorganize them into alphabetical order or order number. We want to have the labels print out in the order we click them. The inevitability come out in alphabetical order or some order that does not make sense. This takes us so much more time to find the correct package to put it on. Either way, wouldn’t it make sense that we all ask for this as a feature? It seems LOGICAL, this would make the ship/print/pack process so much better. We can't be the ONLY ONES doing it this way?!? Shipstation support suggested I put this in the support log to get it added as a feature. @labelprinting @Labels @logicalprinting @printintheorderwechoose

As of 2018 U.S. exporters or producers of qualifying goods shipping to Israel must sign the U.S. Origin Invoice Declaration. I recommend including this declaration on the Commercial Invoice PDF that is generated on qualifying goods from the US to Israel which reads: I, the undersigned, hereby declare that unless otherwise indicated, the goods covered by this document fully comply with the rules of origin and the other provisions of the Agreement on the Establishment of a Free Trade Area between the Government of Israel and the Government of the United States of America. Check one that applies: __ The Exporter (whether the exporter is the producer or not) __ The Producer (is not the exporter) Tax Identification: Name: Title: Email: Signature: Reference: https://www.trade.gov/us-israel-free-trade-agreement

I'd like to be able to add broker information to the Fedex Custom's form. The section exists for broker info in the pdf you can download from Shipstation on international orders, but there's nowhere to add it through ShipStation. Instead you have to download, then add manually each time.

Since UPS no longer accepts printed customs documents - it may be wise to allow the Electronic Documentation option for customs declarations within Ship Station A UPS Label prints with a simple scannable section right on the shipping label - and wala! We do not have to have a delay with every single international shipment we ship through ShipStation. Currently EVERY shipment is delayed as UPS no longer accepts the printed documents! Its been since covid! Catch up?
