Now that USPS is using Ground Advantage, ShipStation's USPS Pickup page needs an update. There is no automatic tally for Ground Advantage packages so I've been having to figure it out manually and adding it to the "Other" column so that my info being sent to USPS is correct. A large number of our orders contain specific delivery instructions provided by Amazon buyers. Very often, these instructions are crucial to preventing delivery issues. Amazon's Orders API allows this information to be passed on. I believe it was previously unavailable. We'd love to be able to view delivery instructions in Shipstation and, of course, add them to shipping labels. Need a way to decipher Net30 orders as they come in from WooCommerce to ShipStation. Payment type is not imported and is not viewable on a user level. If it was, we could then set up automation in Shipstation to automatically tag those orders.  ... View more

I want to pass a list of order numbers to ssapi and retrieve a list of the given orders. Similar to how ssapi.shipstation.com/orders works, but instead of only passing a single order number, I want to pass a list of order numbers. Calling the API once per each order is taking too long and eventually a request gets deadlocked. Searching by storeID and a date range to get the list of orders will not work for my purposes. I believe being able to retrieve multiple Orders by passing multiple order numbers is a feature ShipStation should implement. I have a database with my order numbers which I can easily retrieve data from. Since I have this list, it would be best, considering time and resources, to make one call to ShipStation API which includes this list of order numbers. Most of our Amazon products require buyer input for customization (color, size, numbers, etc.) and we have been using a 3rd party service to import this info to Shipstation. The customization information from Etsy and eBay orders comes over cleanly, but not Amazon. Would love this feature.     ... View more

Hi there,    I would like to suggest an integration to TNT Express. It is quite a well known shipping carrier and have a vast network in the UK, Europe and even internationally. In fact, they have a such a good road network across the EU, that most other carriers, even the big ones, don't. We are unfortunately unable to use the new Faire integration, as the items are imported by each item, however we fulfill & use scan to verify by the case pack. Hey everyone, So, I've got this situation that's driving me nuts. I'm trying to get Shopify's 4-character order numbers to play nicely with ShipStation and Zapier, but they just don't want to match up. Here's the deal: Shopify-->ShipStation: Shopify sends a 4-character order number to ShipStation, which is displayed correctly/as expected in ShipStation (e.g. Order # 2350). ShipStation-->Zapier Connection: Instead of sending the 4-character order number to Zapier, ShipStation sends a long, entirely different ID (e.g. SEAuto-lWkR9qQvQ02AaFKERg9Itw). Why It's Important: I need these order numbers to match in ShipStation and Shopify for our Slack channel automation to work effectively.  Has anyone run into this before? We are a print-on-demand and business printing supplier and need to be able to automatically indicate how many shipments (of) are created during an import or by other account settings for products. For example, if a customer orders 10000 8 1/2 x 11 Flyers our max carton size is 2500 per carton or 30-32 lbs. Hurdles: 1. Currently, the shipper is expected to split down 4 cartons. This can be taxing with high-order days. 2. Each Packages weight is automatically deducted even though the package weight is a full 30 lbs, completing the split shipment breaks it down to roughly 6 lbs 4 oz per box which the shipper then goes and corrects with each shipment. Possible routes to implement this feature: 1. Natively support a custom field in the Integration for a "PackIn" or "PackagesOf" field 2. Possibly support with Presets that could be assigned during Integration with a Maximum Shipment Amount 3. I would love to use Shipstation Live Rate integration with Ecwid. The UPS rates are much cheaper and I would love to pass that savings on to my customers. The rates that Ecwid gets from the carriers shows the estimated days in transit or delivery dates for each shipping service to customers on my website. Which is great so customers know what they're paying for and can determine which shipping service they need. The Shipstation Live Rate doesn't do this. I wish it did. ... View more

to not have the ability to send duty paid to canada is pretty ridiculous. canadian duty is a minefield and avalara just do all the work - all shipstation has to do is parse through the duty figure. its a key destination for us, we have setup avalara and done all the work ibn the background for shipstation not to support the best way to get orders into canada is pretty rubbish for UK businesses.  ...
