Add Priority Mail Regional and Flat Rate pricing to Rate Calculator. Sometimes the cubic / general PM rates are significantly different from the Regional Rate pricing, and it would be useful to see this in one place rather than memorize zone pricing or have to change the package type each time.

Currently all items are brought into ShipStation regardless of whether or not they are already fulfilled on Shopify. We often issue refunds immediately following a customer purchase due to customer error, at which point we mark the item as fulfilled in Shopify to prevent us from shipping product that has been refunded.
ShipStation shows all items on an order regardless of if they are fulfilled on Shopify or not, and prints them all on the packing slip. Even 'Syncing' after order changes does not correct this. I have to imagine others must be facing this issue and running the risk of shipping product that has been refunded!

To have real-time shipping rates available for our customers in check-out, shopify has everyone register with USPS web tools api. There is also an easy ship option to pull through pricing. I'm really actually surprised that shipstation hasn't done this yet. It'd be nice to have our shipping costs from shipstation reflected for our customers in checkout, either with an api or something.

Amazon recently integrated FedEx One Rate into their shipping API. Please help make this connection so we ship these through shipstation instead of Amazon's order page.

FedEx One Rate will not show as an available service unless the package dimensions input exactly match one of the FedEx One Rate standard sizes. If these dimensions match, a FedEx One Rate quote will appear. FedEx One Rate packages are available in the following sizes:

Hi,
It would be highly profitable for ShipStation if you where to implement this feature:
1. Collaborate with BigCommerce to enable bigcommerce to request real-time shipping rates from ShipStation (who would request it from the users configured carriers)
2. After ShipStation provides the realtime rates back to bigcommerce, have bigcommerce display these rates in the shopping cart "Estimate Shipping" and during the Checkout process.
This will really make ShipStation stand out as an attractive option for bigcommerce users looking for better shipping management.
The ShipStation API already provides support for retrieving shipping rates. It would not be too difficult for BigCommerce to add support to pull in real-time rates from the ShipStation app.
Perhaps it would even be in ShipStations business interests to write the integration yourselves on behalf of BigCommerce. That way bigcommerce users would have added incentive to sign up for ShipStation, since then they could get real-time shipping rates in their Checkout that match up perfectly with their shipping costs (prevent undercharging for shipping) and would even show real-time rates for carriers that ShipStation supports but that do not have native integration in bigcommerce.

An email received today from DHL eCommerce states that:
"As part of the technology enhancement effort to elevate services for our customers, DHL eCommerce Solutions will sunset the legacy API Product Finder/Rating endpoint (https://api.dhlecommerce.com/info/v1/products) on Friday, May 28, 2021. The v4 platform is fully functional to facilitate all API endpoints, including: Label, Manifest, Tracking, and Rating. For more v4 details, please visit https://api.dhlecs.com/docs.
Your account has been identified as currently operating on the legacy Product Finder (endpoint). Please transition all related activities before the sunset date to avoid service disruptions. What this basically means is, DHL is telling its eCommerce customers that on May 28th, they will no longer support shipments sent through ShipStation because ShipStation is still using an OLD API (v1) from DHL eCommerce.
I started using DHL eCommerce in late of 2019, and at that time, DHL had mentioned that ShipStation was (for whatever reason) NOT going to update to the newer v4 API. I am not sure if this is still the case, but this needs to be updated by ShipStation ASAP.
DHL eCommerce is a big postage and shipping provider for fulfillment warehouses all over the world. To simply brush aside this update, which now appears to be a REQUIREMENT, shows that ShipStation is not interested in their customers and simply forcing our hand to look for a different shipping software provider.
ShipStation... Get on the ball and do your part by updating the API that DHL eCommerce is now requiring as of May 28th. There is no reason why this has not happened yet, but now there is a deadline.

This is an enforced service change from Royal Mail. All customers using the PS9 service must use the DW1 service as from 1st April. Please integrate the DW1 (INTL Standard Sort 2) service ASAP. Thanks

We started using ShipStation just last month, and we have sent thousands of dollars of shipping costs through as third party billing with Purolator. Purolator is a major customer of ours, and they require us to use one of their own corporate accounts for our shipping. We just found out last week all the billing for those 3rd Party shipments are being charged back to our own Purolator account, and we can't charge that back to Purolator. There are other customers and suppliers who also want us to use their own Purolator accounts. It is very surprising that the only indication that 3rd Party Purolator does not work in ShipStation is in an obscure help file, and that it takes a tech support call to point out this problem. The system should not even allow us to configure a shipment in a way that you know does not work. We have lost a lot of money on this.

No idea why Shipstation thought that changing our tracking links from a direct link to USPS tracking to a third party (Stamps.com) tracking link was an "upgrade". It's a downgrade, and now a separate step to copy the tracking number and open a new window for USPS tracking in order to see more complete information. The Stamps.com tracking is not useful. We should have either USPS tracking or the option to toggle between either.

Add Support for Magento 2.4.x
After Magento upgrade from 2.3.5 -> 2.4.0 ShipStation is dead! We cannot sync or upload or download any orders, or any other functions. Please add Support for Magento 2.4.x
This is truly frustrating to see how ShipStation being slow on upgrades to latest version of the sales channels. Magento maybe complicated I agree, but for us it is very important as it is the best shopping cart for business with over 100,000 SKUs, processing over 1,000 Orders a Day, and having a Multistory / MultiChannel / OmniChannel capabilities.
We love ShipStation, but the Development and support for latest version is truly slow compared to other ThirdParty integrators.

Any comments that the customer leaves to the order, can it be mapped from Magento 2 store to ShipStation in the order details.

This is not an idea, but an issue we are having with shipstations api and magento 2.3.3.
Shipstations api is not pulling in magento 2.3.3's new get calls for order notes.
Prior to magento 2, the order notes came in as the get call "getCustomerNote" and every update note after that.
The new get call in Magento 2.3 for any new order notes after the initial "getCustomerNote", is "getStatusHistories".
Shipstation's api needs to be updated to pull in these calls from Magento 2.3
How this affects our workflow is.. if a customer places an order, and our team finds it to be a possible fraudulent order, we'll need to place the order on hold, and add in a note "fraud order, keep on hold until reviewed", this note does not get passed along to our fulfillment team, and therefore can lead to miscommunication and errors.
We were previously on Magento 1, and migrated to the newest Magento 2.3 about a few weeks ago. This feature was working on Magento 1, and not working in Magento 2.3.
We'd like to get this in front of someone on the product team, as this impacts our day to day operations.

The Royal Mail integration is generally well done but we're still having to manually write custom declaration labels for non-EU shipments.
Having moved from a cheaper shipping platform that offered automated labels (exactly like UPS) this is a step backward.
Can we please have declaration labels for Royal Mail. The digital declaration is going to be required very soon by RM I believe so ShipStation may not be compliant.
