Shipstation Team - It would be great to be able to bulk print the order summary where the orders print one order per sheet. Currently they print multiples to a sheet which is not helpful when we need to separate those order summaries for each order we are working on.
I would like to see more sorting options for labels and packing lists. I want my sku's sorted on the packing list by warehouse location: a-z but then I also want my packing lists and labels to sort and print by order number;
Sort by: Warehouse Location
then by: Order number
Here is why;
We use packing list to pick and pack our orders. Packing lists are printed in batches and are not printed numerically because we have them set to sort by warehouse location, not order number. The sku's on the packing list must be sorted by warehouse location for ease and efficiency in picking each order, as this is how our warehouse is organized. The order is then boxed up, the packing list is dropped in the box, and a label is printed.
It would be helpful to have packing lists printed oldest to newest so that we can allocate inventory on a first come, first serve basis. We feel this is imported in case we have oversold. I realize this is sort of an inventory management issue but we have thousands of tiny parts and as hard as we try, we miss count from time to time.
Hi there,
We moved from UPS to DHL as the former was having a Brexit nightmare with exports.
DHL labels print, but a bit on the small side. I think they are designed to be printed at 4" x 8.5" rather than 4" x 6". It hasn't caused a problem yet but the addresses are pretty tiny after our (Zebra ZD420) printer scales it.
Can you please add a 4" x 8.5" label size?
Thanks.
We use Shopify as a sales channel and I just noticed this on an order shipping to South Korea:
To pass customs in South Korea, you must add the customer's Personal Customs Code to the shipping label.

And then there's a new field the customer supplied with a long number. Does anyone else know about this? Is this easy to automate and put on Shipstation Labels?
Currently there is no way to do this. But it would be fantastic to automate when a shipping label is printed for a package where customs forms are needed, that the customs forms could be automatically printed along with the label.
Otherwise I have to rescan the packing slip and go back in and manually print them. It's not a very efficient workflow.
