When a discount is applied to the shipping cost it is not reflected in the data coming through to ShipStation, so it appears that the customer paid for shipping. This makes any analytics inaccurate. We currently send via Transglobal (which doesn't integrate with SS) and can send a small 500g parcel to US tracked for GBP6 plus a DPD pickup charge of GBP8 that covers all parcels in that batch. Royal Mail tracked is 20GBP and Evri is 10GBP or so. So we would like to ask that you incorporate Evri international options (especially since DPD doesn't cover US either). Thanks! ... View more

Parcelforce offer Age Verification service on their Express24 shipping. Instructions are printed on the shipping label so that drivers know they must ask the recipient for photo ID. The only confirmation option currently showing on ShipStation is "Signature". Until the "Age verfication" option is added, I cannot use Shipstation for my business. ... View more

About 30% of our orders are split and shipped from different warehouses.  But Branded Return Portal does not allow customers to put their "order #" and "zip code" and self-service create a return label. This is a big drawback and makes shipstation return portal not very helpful to us. I would suggest allowing split shipments to use Branded Returns. ... View more

At the moment all labels created through Shipstation DO NOT appear in Shipment History on UPS.com. This means we do not have the ability to edit orders once they are in transit, eg change address, return to sender, lodge enquiry. Could you integrate the use of Amazon transparency codes for amazon shipments? I sell another vendor's products and thus for all amazon orders of those products I have to go into Amazon to enter the transparency code provided by the OEM vender at the time of shipment in order to properly get paid by amazon. it is possible that an order may require more than one code if more than one item ordered that requires a code.    also i tried to upload a picture of the shipping screen on amazon but your system says permission denied so could not upload a photo under "cover photo" here. ... If Shipstation is truly integrated with BigCommerce, any updates made in big commerce (address changes to the order, additions to the order, product UPC updates, product warehouse locations, etc) would translate in to shipstation.  The One and Done data transfer is time consuming, and to update things in bigcommerce and then to go back and duplicate those updates in shipstation is a pain.  ... Does anyone have any experience with SOS inventory? We currently are using SOS as our inventory control.  Our order come from Shopify and other marketplaces to our SOS and SOS send the order to Shipstation from our marketplaces. The problem is that is we directly link our Shopify to shipstation the order is duplicated in our SOS because SOS can’t send order updates back to Shopify.   Any help would be great on this. ... We are currently having issues with XPO not being listed as the carrier in the drop down menu when we mark an order as shipped.  When we update to carrier to "other" and have it sent to the Marketplace (Amazon), it is having our shipments show invalid tracking on Amazon.  Amazon has XPO listed as carrier in their selection when updating tracking for an order. We are required not to use "other" when the carrier is listed in the drop down menu.  Please add XPO Logistics, Inc., in shipstation.  This would help with this issue greatly!   ... View more

I'd like to see a way to embed the branded tracking page in a tab on my customer dashboard so that customers can easily access the branded tracking page from their account page without having to search for the link. We are using Cin7 to process orders before it goes to ShipStation in order to print the postage.   I want to print the packing slips from Cin7 in order to smooth process out. once the order is then picked via Cin7 and it send the order over to ShipStation to save paper, ShipStation should then recognise the transaction/order barcode in the scan to verify pack module.   So you would be able to scan the packing slip that Cin7 has generated. ... As of the end of September, Royal Mail changed their terms so they they are allowed to leave a parcel in a safe place at their discretion. In practice their postmen were already doing this frequently so the main effect of this change was to shift liability in the event of theft from Royal Mail to the shipper. We've just had our first customer complaint which we can't get compensation for.   In the long run I am sure this will result in many more parcels going missing entirely as Royal Mail personnel know there will be no comeback. This will result in more complaints and more cost for us, as well as an incentive to use other carriers instead.   But this makes it all the more important for customers to be able to specify a safeplace location and this is something we have to copy manually from a custom field into the Royal Mail safeplace field. I would very much like this to be possible automatically.   I am probably going to trial reverse safeplace messages like "There is no safeplace. Do not leave unattended!" if the customer does not specify one. ... View more

  I have faced an issue with Amazon customized orders. In the past, when an Amazon customer placed an order with customized details, then In shipstation it comes in the form of a URL in the item description and when we open the URL some files are downloaded. These files contain customized details of the Amazon customer that are also present but now we are unable to receive such a URL with customization details.   Please add this feature again because it makes our work easy and saves a lot of time.   Thanks ... I currently use woocommerce with Shipstation and from time to time I have to refund an order.  Whenever I do this, I then have to Cancel the order in ShipStation.   It would be good if I could set status filters in ShipStation where I only pull in certain status types that way when the status changes from Processing to Refunded, the Refunded would not appear in my awaiting queue. ...
