So search by tracking number does NOT work in the Shipping tab. It does work in the Orders tab. This makes no sense.
I "upgraded" to the new version of ShipStation Connect yesterday. Now, when using my scale to ship a package, the totally wrong weight is entered. Anybody else run into this problem? It is very frustrating having to manually enter in the weights.
